Superelead Silicone Burger Press Master Hamburger Patty Maker Review

I am reviewing the Superelead Silicone Burger Press Master Hamburger Patty Maker. (Now that’s almost as big of a mouthful as the burgers you get from it!)

Okay, so we’re officially in love with this product! But let me tell you about the product first. You can freeze these and make your own frozen patties. In my video link below I tell you about how to do this, it is very easy. Each one of these holds 8 patties. They are about 4 oz or 1/3 cup burgers. And trust me they are big, but more on that in a few. You can just pop them out of the container. Even if you do not want to freeze these and you want to use it right after you put the meat down, just pop them in the refrigerator for a little bit so that they can set and they are still easy to pop out. Make sure though that you press them down firmly and evenly before putting on the lid, and then give each patty a press after you put down the lid. You can make stuffed burgers with this item as well, or store chili, soups, pastas, or other types of burgers in your freezer!

So, in the video you will see Bo using this and I tell you about freezing them and opening and popping out your burgers. After we did the video Bo put them in the refrigerator for about 20 or 30 minutes, while he fired up the grill. Now, most of you know Bo’s a meat cutter. And we’ve tried it all when it comes to burgers. He’s even cut out the patties himself when he’s at work. And for some reason they either come out dry, or not so done in some parts, even when he makes them evenly. It was always a pain to get a perfect burger. And we’ve bought some of those already made patties from markets like where he works and other stores and they always seem to make them so thick that you cannot taste the grilled flavor throughout the burger. Our burgers tonight came out perfect. They were pretty big as well, but not too big. They came out juicy and you could taste the grilled flavor throughout. Bo does want me to tell you guys that he watched videos on this before using. He does suggest not to take your ground burger meat directly from the package to store in this, but to put it into a bowl and either mix it with seasonings or at least get it somewhat mushy. He said some videos that he saw he noticed gaps in the burgers when people put it directly from the package to this press.
